We are a fast growing National SACCO with a country-wide membership from Government Ministries and Parastatals, private organizations and individuals.
Hazina Sacco Society wishes to urgently recruit for the following positions:-
- Administrative Secretary
- Loans Assistant
- Loans Recovery Assistant
- Marketing Assistant
- Customer Care Assistant
- Teller
1. ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY– 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized
institution / university.
▪ Minimum of five (5) years of experience in secretarial roles.
▪ CPS II and Diploma in Secretarial Services from Kenya National Examination Council are
an added advantage.
Personal Attribute
▪ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
▪ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
2. LOANS ASSISTANT – 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
▪ A Business related Degree from a recognized University.
▪ At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
▪ Minimum of CPA (II)
▪ Knowledge of Navision and proficiency in Ms Office with emphasis on Excel is an added
advantage
Personal Attributes
▪ Excellent communication skills
▪ Good interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to work with strict targets and deadlines
▪ Team player
3. LOANS RECOVERY ASSISTANT – 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
▪ A Business related Degree from a recognized University.
▪ Qualification in credit management Certified Credit Profession (CCP)
▪ At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
▪ Minimum of CPA (II)
▪ Knowledge of Navision and proficiency in Ms Office with emphasis on Excel is an added
advantage

▪ Good interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to work with strict targets and deadlines
▪ Team player
4. MARKETING ASSISTANT – 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
▪ A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications from a recognized University.
▪ At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
▪ Basic accounting knowledge and experience in digital / social media marketing is an added
advantage
Personal Attributes
▪ Excellent sales and negotiation skills
▪ Passion for brand marketing
▪ Great communicator
▪ Good planning and organization skill
5. CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT – 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations / Communications or Business Management
▪ Two (2) years experience in a busy organization
▪ Basic accounting knowledge and experience in digital / social media marketing is an added
advantage

▪ Excellent communication
▪ Good interpersonal skills
▪ Passion for customer service
6. TELLER – 1 POST
Minimum Requirements
▪ A Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field
▪ Minimum of CPA (II)
▪ At least two (2) years experience in a similar position
▪ Basic Tellering course is an added advantage
