We’re Hiring: Human Resource Manager

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing retail FMCG company, is looking for a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and drive strategic people initiatives.
This role is more than just managing HR, it’s about shaping policies, creating structures that support growth, and building a workplace culture where people thrive. The successful candidate will be both a strategic advisor to leadership and a hands-on HR leader who ensures the organization remains compliant, competitive, and people-centered.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
Designing HR strategies that directly support business growth in a fast-paced retail environment
Leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to build a strong workforce
Ensuring compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices
Driving performance management initiatives including appraisals, KPIs, and employee development
Building employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture
Managing payroll, benefits, and HR processes for efficiency and accuracy
Advising senior management on workforce planning, succession, and culture building
Championing HR innovation by introducing systems and processes that streamline operations
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HRM or a related field (CHRP-K is mandatory)
At least 7 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in management within FMCG/retail
Strong grasp of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
Proven leadership and decision-making ability
Proficiency in HR systems and comfort with data-driven HR decision-making
A resilient, proactive professional who thrives in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
