Job Summary
Tugende is looking for a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee the full client lifecycle — from customer acquisition to account completion or termination. The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, support business growth, and ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their journey with the company. (MyJobMag)
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new clients
Manage and maintain customer accounts
Build strong relationships with clients
Ensure timely loan repayments and account follow-up
Support customers throughout the financing process
Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
Meet sales and portfolio growth targets
Maintain accurate customer records and reports
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an added advantage
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Knowledge of financial services or asset financing is a plus
