  HR Officer - Hotel in Nairobi Our client is a hotel in Nairobi looking to recruit for a HR Officer to support in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues. Responsibilities: Assists with the organisation of the staff social events. Coordinating Hotel Associate events and activities. Compiling payroll / Absence data. Updating salary and benefits information. Developing job descriptions, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates, preparing personal files of the colleagues. Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management.
