We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised HR Officer/Assistant to join our consultancy team. This is not your average HR role — you’ll be working in a professional, fast-paced environment where efficiency, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

What You’ll Do:

Provide administrative and HR support across multiple projects

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation processes

Maintain accurate employee and consultant records

Coordinate virtual meetings and ensure smooth communication between teams

Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters


What You’ll Bring:

 HR background is an advantage, but not mandatory

 Proven experience in an office-based environment

 Proficiency in IT skills and modern workplace tools

 Professional appearance, attitude, and communication skills

Important Details About the Engagement:

Type: Full-time consultancy (not an employee position)

Proof of Previous Employment: Required before offer

Interviews: Held virtually via MS Teams (camera & audio must be on)
