Our client, a prominent player in the digital TV industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Channel Manager. 

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of TV and content production and scheduling, with a focus on monetizing operations through advertising.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze content received from producers to ensure suitability for broadcast.

- Establish and expand local content offerings.

- Actively monitor channels to promptly resolve technical issues, such as video freezes.

- Coordinate and engage in social media activities.

- Foster strong partnerships to maximize the benefits for the TV channel and achieve brand visibility targets.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

- Provide monthly reports based on an agreed-upon format.

Qualifications:

- Relevant degree or diploma in a related field.

- Experience in production scheduling and content promotion.

- Strong management and leadership skills, with a minimum of four years of experience.

- Expert knowledge of the television industry and the ability to translate ideas into reality.

- Proficient in technical aspects of television production.

- Experience in studio space management.

- Excellent understanding of job assignments within the TV production reporting structure.

- Strong financial skills to manage a multi-million dollar budget.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to develop teams.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
