Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of managing all aspects of assigned properties, demonstrating your expertise in property management.
- Develop tailored business plans for each property, catering to the unique needs of our customers.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that maintenance tasks are promptly scheduled and carried out to meet our high standards.
- Foster positive and productive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Negotiate lease agreements in a timely and reliable manner, ensuring a mutually beneficial arrangement for both parties.
- Effectively advertise and market vacant spaces, employing innovative strategies to attract prospective tenants.
- Oversee the collection of receivable accounts and handle operating expenses efficiently.
- Actively source and build relationships with prospective clients, expanding business opportunities and fostering growth.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
- Possess a college degree/diploma and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate field.
- Demonstrated ability to market and acquire properties for management, letting, and selling.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, enabling you to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive knowledge of leasing and related terminology and issues, with exceptional lease analysis skills.
- In-depth understanding of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher, and conducting internet research.
- Innovative problem-solving approach, allowing you to think creatively and overcome challenges.
- Strong organizational, analytical, technical, and financial skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of property management and its financial aspects.
- Well-organized with excellent time management skills, ensuring efficient task completion.
