Job Summary:

Sai Pharmaceuticals Kenya Limited is seeking a Telesales Representative to join their team. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge of the company's products to doctors, pharmacies, and other medical professionals, as well as handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to medical professionals to promote the company's products.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and work to find satisfactory solutions.
• Communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in telesales.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
