1. Pack House Manager (1 Position)
- Serve as the overall head of factory operations.
- Drive the strategic vision of the company.
2. Machine Operators (6 Positions)
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient processing of premium products.
3. Quality Assurance Manager and Food Safety Team Leader (1 Position)
- Ensure all products meet international quality and safety standards.
- Lead the company’s mission to deliver premium, globally recognized products.
4. Project Accountant – Head of Finance (1 Position)
- Oversee company finances and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Optimize resource allocation for sustainable growth.
5. Out-Growers Managers (5 Positions, One per Region)
- Act as a liaison between Avokad Fruits and contracted farmers.
- Support farmers with training and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality fruits.
- Regions: Embu, Meru, Kirinyaga, Nyeri, and Murang’a (indicate your preferred region in the subject line).
6. Fleet and Transport Manager (1 Position)
- Oversee all transport and logistics operations.
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods locally and internationally.
