📍 All positions are based in Mombasa, Kenya


Available Positions:


- Operations Manager 

- Front Office Manager.

- Reservations Manager.

- Chief Engineer

- Sales Manager

- Food & Beverage Manager

- HR Manager

- Chief Accountant

- Executive Housekeeper

- Executive Chef

- Reservation Executive 

- Duty Manager 

- Sales Executive 


 Role Overview 


Each Head of Department will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, budgets, and profitability of their respective department. 

This includes:

✔️ Strategic planning and execution

✔️ Leadership, training, and team motivation

✔️ Operational and financial management

✔️ Driving guest satisfaction and service excellence


 Required Skills & Competencies 


- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills

- Proven leadership and people management capabilities

- Expertise in training, coaching, and performance management

- Strong financial acumen and business forecasting ability

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- 

 Experience & Qualifications 


- 5–10 years of departmental management experience in Hotels, Resorts, or Lodges

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field (essential)
