Role Overview

The Content Creation Officer is responsible for developing engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, and maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create content that drives awareness, engagement, leads, and sales
• Develop campaigns for product launches and promotions
• Write compelling captions, stories, and video content
• Maintain consistent brand voice across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Identify and leverage trends
• Schedule and manage content publishing
• Engage with followers and manage online communities
• Analyze performance and optimize content strategies

Requirements

• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to analyze performance data
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies

• Basic video and graphic editing (CapCut, Canva)
• Strong storytelling and copywriting
